Meet the Generator and the Optimizer

Journeys that keep getting better.

OttimAI turns your user research into an AI journey, then learns from real users and tells you what to change next.

Why OttimAI

Up to 80% less time creating and improving journeys.

Creating one journey map takes 74 hours on average. And that’s only the map: once the AI is live, teams spend 60–80% of their development time reviewing conversations and testing fixes. OttimAI’s agents take on that work, so your team reviews and decides.

Human-centric by design

Every step designed around your users.

01

Start from what users tell you

Research insights from interviews, surveys and support logs define each step: what the AI handles, when a person takes over, and the trust mechanisms users see, such as sources, confirmations and undo.

02

See what really happens

Explicit and implicit signals are attributed to each live step: task success, frustration, rephrased questions, abandoned sessions, unplanned handoffs.

03

Fix what matters most

Steps are ranked by business impact. Each change is evaluated on real cases before it’s applied, and every version is traceable.

One connected system

A single source of truth for customer experience.

OttimAI brings what users do, what the AI did and what you planned into the same journey map, so your team decides what to fix from the same evidence.

Product

Two agents: one creates the journey, one keeps it improving.

The Generator turns research insights into a journey map and a first version of the AI for each step. The Optimizer finds what to change in the live journey; once the change is applied, it adds the tracking events to your code and the loop starts again.

Agent 01

Generator

Turns insights into a journey: steps, the AI’s role, handoffs and the signals to track.

Connected to your code

You review and launch

The agents create all the events to track at each step.

Keep it improving
In production

Your users

Use the live journey and leave signals, explicit or not.

Agent 02

Optimizer

Finds the steps that fail most, prepares and tests improvements, and asks for your approval.

In your product

Change applied and tracked

The agent adds the events to track to your code, through the connection with your product.

New signals and new research, and the loop starts again
01

Turns research into a journey

The Generator synthesizes qualitative and quantitative inputs, traces every step to its source insights, and outputs a structured journey spec with signals, evaluation cases and a first AI configuration per step.

02

Keeps the live journey improving

The Optimizer clusters feedback across users, attributes each failure to a step and a system component, and proposes changes that beat the current version on evaluation sets. Once a change is applied, it adds the events to track to your code.

03

One chat, one dashboard

Talk to both agents in plain language. The dashboard shows each step’s health, the status of every change and its full history.

Prioritization

All of the signals, none of the noise.

Ready to act on: every signal is tied to its journey step and ranked by impact.

Tracking

Live from day one.

Connect your product’s code to OttimAI, and our agents set up the events to track, so the journey keeps improving.

Trust

Transparency in human-machine conversations has never been easier.

See what happened in every conversation. OttimAI flags the issue and proposes an improvement, and you confirm every code change before it changes how the AI answers.

Use cases

We use it on our own products first.

The same pipeline runs our products in production, in healthcare and clean energy.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before the demo.

What is OttimAI?

OttimAI is AI journey management. It turns your user research into an AI journey, then learns from real users and tells you what to change next. Two agents share one journey map: the Generator builds it, the Optimizer keeps it improving. Your team approves every change.

Who is it for?

Companies with an AI assistant or agent in front of their customers, live or launching soon. The people who use it day to day are product managers and customer-experience or UX teams. Engineers are needed only to connect OttimAI to the product’s code.

What does the Generator need from us?

Your research: interviews, surveys, support logs, analytics. It reads them, keeps track of where each piece of evidence comes from, and produces a journey map with the AI’s role, handoff rules and the signals to track at each step.

How does the Optimizer know what to change?

It collects explicit signals such as ratings and corrections, and implicit ones such as rephrased questions, abandoned sessions and unplanned handoffs, and places each on the step it belongs to. It then ranks the failing steps by their impact on the metrics that matter to your business and prepares a change for the most important one.

Does anything change in our product without our approval?

No. Every change is tested on real cases from that step first, and only changes that do better are proposed. You see what would change for users and approve it. Only then is it applied, and the events to track it are added to your code.

Does OttimAI work with our stack?

OttimAI connects to your product’s code and your research sources, and it is independent of the model or framework behind your assistant. The demo is the right place to check your specific setup.

How do we start?

Request a demo. OttimAI is sold to companies as an annual subscription. If you are new to OttimAI, ask about Build with you, where the founders work alongside your team for your first journeys.
