    Kick-off

    Together we pick the journey your customers struggle with most, and connect OttimAI to your product’s code and your research: interviews, surveys, support logs, analytics.

  2. 02

    Map

    The Generator produces the journey map and the tracking plan. We go through it step by step with your team, you approve, and the journey goes live with its events in place.

  3. 03

    Iterate

    The Optimizer collects signals and proposes tested changes. We read the ranked steps with you, you choose what to approve, and the agent applies and tracks it.

  4. 04

    Run it yourself

    Once your team reads the dashboard and approves changes on its own, the loop keeps running, and we stay one message away.
